A multi-page brochure, or booklet, is a bound document of four pages or more. When you have a whole story to tell, it's the right format for detailed guides, catalogues and comprehensive reports.
Sizes: A4, A5, DL, square and custom sized booklets.
Paper: weights from an economical 65gsm up to 300gsm, depending on the final page count.
Binding: saddle stitched, perfect bound or wire bound. Choose a self cover, the same gsm throughout, or a thicker cover. Either way we have it covered.
Page counts: saddle stitched booklets must be in multiples of four, so 8, 12, 16, 20 pages and so on.

A5 flyers start from $295 per 1,000 on economy stock. Price depends on size, quantity, stock and finishing, and we quote every job individually. Cost per flyer decreases with larger volumes.
Yes. We print die-cut shapes, reveal doors, perforations, unusual folds, square formats and custom sizes, and we can add foiling or spot gloss. Tell us the idea and we will work out how to produce it.
A saddle stitched booklet is made from folded sheets, and each folded sheet creates four pages. That is why stitched booklets come in 8, 12, 16 or 20 pages. Perfect bound and wire bound booklets are more flexible.
Flyers and brochures come in economy (100gsm), regular (150gsm) or premium (200gsm) stock. You can also request other weights if you have one in mind. Multi-page booklets run from an economical 65gsm up to a sturdy 300gsm, depending on the final page count. All stock is FSC certified.
A tri-fold brochure is a sheet folded twice to create six panels. The most common New Zealand format is an A4 sheet folded to DL (99 x 210mm), which fits a standard DL envelope. You can choose a roll fold, where panels fold into each other, or a Z-fold, where panels zig-zag.
A flyer is a single unfolded sheet printed on one or both sides. A brochure is folded or bound, so it has four or more panels or pages. REACH prints both, from A6 flyers through to perfect bound catalogues.
DL (99 x 210mm) is the most economical choice for high-volume unaddressed letterbox distribution, because it is slim, cheap to print and cheap to deliver. A5 (148 x 210mm) is our most popular size overall, because it gives you noticeably more space for very little extra cost. A6 (105 x 148mm) suits a single focus message, and A4 (210 x 297mm) suits campaigns that need to tell the whole story.
